This data is controlled by the client, not Verity Growth.

We do not sell client account information to third parties.

3. Lead Data & Ownership

Leads delivered through the platform:

• Become the responsibility of the client who purchases or receives them
• Are stored within the platform for tracking and management
• May be resold or distributed to multiple clients depending on lead type

Verity Growth is not responsible for how clients contact or communicate with leads. Clients are responsible for complying with CASL, Do Not Call List rules, privacy laws, insurance regulations, and all consent and opt-out requests.

We take reasonable steps to protect information using:

• Secure servers
• Authentication systems and account login protection
• Restricted database access

However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Sharing Information

We do not sell client personal information.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients using Verity Growth agree that they are responsible for:

• All communication with leads
• Maintaining consent records
• Handling unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests
• Insurance compliance and data protection for exported data
• Proper use of lead data
• Compliance with all federal and provincial laws

Verity Growth acts only as a software and lead delivery platform.

7. Data Retention

We may store account information, lead data, activity history, and billing records. Data may be retained even after account cancellation for legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting records, and fraud prevention.

8. Account Security

Clients are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials secure
• Any activity under their account
• Unauthorized access due to password sharing
• Managing user access for their team

9. Platform Analytics

We may collect anonymous data such as login activity, platform usage, lead status updates, feature usage, and system performance data. This is used solely to improve the platform.
